Learning by Design Lottery Enrollment Form 2018-2019

Please fill out one form for each child.
Lottery Enrollment Forms for admission to Learning by Design for 2018-19 will be
accepted until June 30, 2018 at 6:00 pm.
Lottery Enrollment Forms received by the deadline will be counted and if there are more Enrollment than space available in any grade level, a public drawing/lottery will be held on Wednesday, July 11 at 4:00 p.m.
All families that have submitted a Lottery Enrollment Form by the deadline will be notified of the time and location of the lottery via email or telephone call so that they may attend if they so desire. Parents/students are not required to attend the lottery to secure a spot at the school. All names will be drawn during the lottery and students who are not offered a space will be placed on a waiting list in the order their names are drawn. All families will be notified of the lottery results by email and mail within two weeks of the lottery.
Learning by Design will give admissions preference in the following order:
- Students who reside in the Los Angeles Unified School District
- Children of Learning by Design founding families, faculty or staff, not to exceed 10% of total enrollment
- Siblings of admitted students
